Let me explain:

The cause of the low quality of this speech is not MFAudio's fault, but the game itself.
While I was playing this speech on the PSP Emulator I discover that speech has the same low quality as the file.
Probably something happened to the files while Team17 or THQ developed the game.

If you know a trick on Audacity or an another program to clean the quality let me know it in the comments, thanks.

Update 2.5: Added a bonus clip with clean quality.

I added a bonus version of "coward" but with clean quality.
This maybe help you if you're good at audio quality cleaning.
