Back when Armageddon came out, the country flag of Iraq was different than what it is today, and that old flag is the one that was in the game.
A few years later, when the Steam version of W:A came out, the flag of Iraq had changed and so Team17 "updated" the in-game flag. However, they did a very poor job at it, the new in-game flag is just a badly resized png that looks blurry, doesn't share colors and proportions with other in-game flags and even lacks the black border all flags have.

So if you're like me and this blatant aesthetic inconsistency bothers you, here I've remade the Iraqi flag to replace the blurry "updated" one. It's not particularly good looking or anything, but it will now nicely fit alongside the rest of the base game flags, as if nothing had changed!
