haha I can't believe I'm seeing this map!
I made this map back in April '08 (I still have the psd).
I never uploaded it anywhere and only ever hosted it a few times because I made another one very similar the next day (here) (http://i.imgur.com/hXvgNqr.png)
Now I see some sneaky bugger uploaded it to wmdb.
If only I had replays from '08, I could see whether I ever played with this MestreAllan gentleman.
