Could he make it even more obvious? That's not MagiC's usual roping indeed. Looks like it was recorded with 50% speed or so.
MagiC's case has been already discussed. We're waiting for 'autopsy'. ;)

Good job, +1, well done, nice, etc.
Lol, it looks me strange that in one week he become better than Dibz. And than the following week he made a so crazy time... Just two weeks ago his time where so easy to beat...
For me indeed, the challenge week 15 is cheating too... cause I can't believe that he made a so big progress in two weeks...
finnaly some action! but is that enough?
anyway gj MI lets show some respect....
uahuha mablack beats the software!!! \,,,/O.O
Monsterblack
Difficult case... there actually are a few wormers where it looks like they use some kind of software. How do you wanna prove this? Of course a progression in skill like that over 2 weeks is quite unlikely but is it impossible? Really unless you find a way to prove 100% that someone is cheating i would be careful with accusing someone. I didn't watch his replay on this map but i took a look at the last rr challenge replay. Doesn't look more like cheating than other's replays. Some taps look a bit too quick but then take a look at Mablak's replay. Not much of a difference if you ask me. :)
Is it possible to use program at online game? mayb we should do these replay as online games? just go to ag and host only for urself and do the times there.
Or Deadcode and Cybershadow can analyse a replay and tell if cheating software was used?
I think i read somewhere that it is possible to check if xspeed was used or not, not sure though... as far as i can remember in online games there's always some massive lags before the turns of players using xspeed.
People who cheat are sad desperate no-lifers who believe being good at something is the only way to get respect, they are like girls who inject themselves with chemicals to "improve" their appearence, which doesn't matter because anyone with brains or morals wouldn't be attracted to them anyway because they all act like stuck up, pompous freeloading bitches, and have horrible outspoken personalities and "look down" on people who are not as "attractive" as them.

Nope, playing online
alone will be identical as playing offline.
That case with tetromino - it was solved because MI asked Deadcode to check his replays and he indeed confirmed that there was a cheat used.

Doesn't chatbox behave differently? Offline, your messages are shown as anonymous comments and online they aren't. Haven't checked it, though.
Yeah but still, doing singleplayer hosts on WormNET is basically the same. It can't desynch or lag or whatever because you're the only one in it.

These are just cosmetical differences. Playing online alone won't cause any lags unless you play with someone else who doesn't have this cheat (well, actually not only lags, game would simply crash). The only way for it to work online is when both players use this cheat and set exact parameter of slowdown.

Lol, I love your analogies.
I'm not quite seeing the comparison but I agree that cheating in a small community like this is unbelievably lame. I've totally lost respect for Magic now :( It is the ultimate game playing disgrace.
There is only a small group of us who compete in the TT challenge each week and so cheating is far more of a personal insult than if it was in Counter Strike or WoW.
When I really commit to a TT challenge I sometimes spend hours on it. It's the most frustrating thing to try and shave milliseconds off your time. To think that my hard work could be beaten by some lazy cheat who then gets a higher placing than me through no hard work at all. It's very insulting.

wow Dulek, thanks for pointing that out. You really know how it works (:P)
I personally never bothered to use this tool, cause I heard that it might f@#! up the CPU, so I prefer to don't risk.
What program you talk about here? Just out of curiosity. ;)

@NC
You mean TTRR Challenge Week 15? I have no idea why MagiC's replays are still there as 'approved'. ; o
and I can't open his replays! hm.. did I get some old version of patch or what? What kind of cheat he uses? smth like xspeed, which makes game slower?
btw, he is still worse, even with his cheats, than Mablak and few other guys xd
you suck Magic! xd
MI, there is some bug which copies my posts when I wanted to fix them -.-
pls check it and delete those posts (save just one, the one before this post)
EDIT: thx ;D
I love mad roping, when I have nothing to lose but damn, this could have been a nice time without all these fails. :D
