I use the program KeyManager 1.14 - there you can configure that the keys work in the game or program you want. For example, on my ultrabook, the left touchpad key failed, I reassigned it to the keyboard. The same failure of the left arrow - I reassigned to WA to use other keys instead of arrows. You can try
