Updated app
1 - download https://www.tus-wa.com/schemes/download/file-951/, rename to RowyDefault.wsc and place it in schemes directory
2 - download RowyRandomizer.exe https://www.tus-wa.com/files/file-3132/ into the same directory
3 - start exe
4 - RowyRandomized.wsc will be created/overwrited
There is special minimal delay for massive weapons (Armageddon, Earth Quake, Nuclear test) to reduce the influence of starting positions on the effect of their use. By default - 25, you can change or remove it by passing 0 as argument
