Description:
A scheme for Shopper cup.

This scheme is based on the scheme of First Blood league. Situational weapons (weapons that can be worth only ~30 damage) are given a lower probability so that one player doesn't get these weapons repeatedly.

Rules:
- Crate Before Attack (CBA). If you break this rule, you are not allowed to attack the next turn.
- No permanent blocks (with Longbow)
